Suspect in Iron River Homicide Now in Jail

IRON RIVER - Homicide suspect, Jim Crain of Iron River was discharged from St. Luke's hospital in Duluth on Friday 12/20/2013.
He was transported to the Bayfield County jail where he will remain while law enforcement and prosecutors continue to prepare the criminal cases against him.
Crain is under close supervision in the Bayfield County jail while he recovers from injuries sustained the night of December 7th.
Crain is charged with two counts of first degree intentional homicide.
A bail hearing is expected to be held in Bayfield County Circuit Court Monday.
Crain will appear by video.
