CHUM to Host Christmas Eve Vigil

DULUTH - Northlanders are invited to meet on the steps of Duluth City Hall on Tuesday for a special holiday vigil, to remember and honor Duluth's homeless who have died.
Twentynine homeless individuals have died in the past 12 months due to weather conditions.
According to s 2012 study, the number of people without homes in Minn. and within Duluth are at an all time high. Children make up about 46-percent of the states homeless population.
The vigil starts at 12 p.m.
