Westbound Bong Bridge To Close

SUPERIOR- WISDOT is issuing a reminder for motorists.

Starting Monday, both Westbound lanes of the Bong Bridge will be closed for construction.

All traffic from Superior will be diverted to the Blatnik Bridge.

That could mean traffic delays so folks should give themselves extra time.

Some of the improvements planned for the bridge include, repainting of components, replacing expansion joints, sidewalk repairs, and replacement of street and ship navigation lights.
