Farmer's Market Season Kicks Off

DULUTH- Looking for a way to get more local veggies?
The Duluth's farmers market opened today.
On Wednesdays and Saturdays, 13th avenue east and 3rd street are turned into a haven for folks who love having locally grown vegetables along with other wares.
Farmer, Mike Guite said, "spring session goes from now until the end of June, so there will be a few new vendors coming in. Obviously we'll have a lot more stuff. I have right now just jams and jellies, what you see here."
The weather was just right for the opening of the market.
Vendors said they made plenty of sales.
As the summer approaches, the market will boast a wider selection.
