Police Seek Person of Interest in Virginia Homicide

PRESS RELEASE

VIRGINIA - The Virginia Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a person of interest in a Homicide which occurred in Virginia earlier this week.

The St. Louis County Medical Examiner determined that Harley Joseph Jacka, 29, of Virginia, died Tuesday of homicidal violence.

Investigators are attempting to locate a person of interest in this incident.

Anthony James Isham, 42, he is Native American, 5'8", approximately 185 lbs., with brown eyes and black and gray hair.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest for a Burglary from a residence in Greaney.

Items taken during the Burglary were several guns, including a handgun and a vehicle described as a navy blue Chrysler Town and Country van, Minnesota license plate 627 LTT.

The vehicle has not been located.
If you see Anthony Isham or the stolen vehicle, do not approach.

Two other persons of interest in this investigation are in custody on unrelated charges.

Bartholamy Jake Drift, 39, of (Virginia), is being held on a Predatory Offender Violation.

John "Ojiy" Edward Isham, 38, of (Virginia), is being held on a Department of Corrections probation violation.

The Virginia Police Department is investigating the case with assistance from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office, the Eveleth Police Department, the FBI and the St. Louis County Attorney's Office.
