World Famous Author Visits Duluth

DULUTH - Tuesday evening, a world famous author stopped by the theater at Fitger's for an event called, "One Book, One Community."
The goal is to unite the community through books and stories.
Tuesday, the author of The Cellist of Sarajevo stopped by. He sees hosting the event as a huge honor.
“One of the things you really hope for as a writer when you're writing a book is that when someone reads your book it will become part of a larger conversation in their own life,” said author, Steven Galloway. “To actually get a chance to see that happening in an organized and meaningful way is wonderful.”
The discussion on the book continues Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. at the library with the Duluth Book Club.
