Carlton Woman Sentenced for Killing 2 While on Methadone

CARLTON - A 28-year-old Carlton woman has her sentence for killing two people in a car accident while on drugs.Vanessa Brigan will be spending six years in prison for two counts of criminal vehicular homicide.
The crash happened October 2012 on Highway 210 near Cromwell.
Brigan hit and killed 29-year-old Mitch Lingren and 25-year-old Zak Gamache.
She was traveling back from a methadone clinic in Brainerd when the accident happened.
She's credited with serving 561 days of her sentence.
