Preparations Underway for Gitchee Gumee Brewfest

SUPERIOR - If you're looking for something fun to do this Saturday, Wessman Arena has just the thing for you.
The 17th Annual Gitchee Gumee Brewfest is hosting 34 different brewers and 145 different craft and micro beers.
It's a chance to sample local and regional brews and maybe even find yourself a new favorite.
The best part is that all the proceeds go right back into the community.
Amber Pederson, the event's coordinator, said, "This whole event supports our community. All the money that we raise through Gitchee Gumee Brewfest goes right back into our community. So the Superior Jaycees has money throughout the year to distribute to different organizations."
They're expecting around 1,700 people.
Tickets are $25 and you can get them at 7 West Taphouse and Key Port Liquor.
