DULUTH - A Duluth man will be spending more than three years in prison for helping out a murderer.
Thirty-four year old Kenneth Johnson is the boyfriend of 18–year–old Enrique Giner's mother.
Giner pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder for killing Bryan Starnes in Duluth in March.
Johnson wasn't there when the stabbing happened, but police say he mislead them in the investigation and helped Giner by selling stolen property from the victim's home and profiting from it.
He's credited with serving 270 days of his sentence.
