DULUTH - Students at Lowell and Piedmont Elementary Schools have been practicing their theatric skills this week.
Two storytellers have been visiting classrooms to teach students how to be better storytellers.
This program is supported by Arts on Superior.
They provide funding to schools to promote storytelling.
Storyteller Danielle Daniel says it's an important program to help students develop many different skills.
"Storytelling is great for simulating the imagination, it introduces students to different cultures, languages that they might not be familiar with," said Daniel.
Friday students present stories to their classmates to show what they've learned.
