Iron River Holds Memorial to Honor the Crains

IRON RIVER - The town of Iron River had a celebration of life for Jim Crain Senior and Eunice today.
The community came together and had a pot luck dinner this afternoon to honor the couple's memories.
The entire town was invited and many came to tell stories and show photographs of happy times.
"Plain and simply they were the type of people who would do anything for you if you needed it. They were typically happy. They would let ya know if you were screwing up or if you're doing good," said family friend Randy Howe.
After the shocking murders last weekend the community has shown how tight knit they really are.
Family and friends are thankful for the outpouring of love in the town.
"It's just very heartfelt. They feel the support, the love...it's all there," said Howe.
Their son Jim Crain Junior has been charged with two counts of first degree intentional homicide, along with three other counts relating to the crime.
