Duluth Police Release Notice About Level 3 Sex Offender

DULUTH - The Duluth Police are warning the public about the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender.
They say 37-year old Amen Wind Toomey "aka Carey Toomey" is currently living in the area of 22nd Avenue West and West 3rd Street in Duluth.
Toomey has a history of sexual conduct and contact with female victims (age 14-adult).
Conduct has included sexually explicit comments.
Contact has included fondling and penetration.
Offender has been known and unknown to victims.
