Long Winter Creates Pinch on Downtown Businesses

DULUTH- The bitter cold winter has made an impact on local businesses in the downtown area.

Some shops tell us they haven't seen as much foot traffic this winter, as they have in previous. 

The abundant snow and harsh temperatures could be the cause of the problem.

On the bright side, certain businesses are actually benefitting from cold.
