New Hotel, Kwik Trips Coming to Duluth in 2014

DULUTH - New business continues to make an impact on Duluth with the latest development in the form of a hotel near the Miller Hill Mall.

City tells FOX 21 a La Quinta hotel is planned on the 1800 block of Maple Grove Road next to the Floor to Ceiling store.

Construction is expected to start this spring.

Also, two Kwik Trip convenience stores are planned for West Duluth – one on the 4200 block of West Grand Avenue, and the other at Superior Street and 27th Avenue West.

Opening dates are set for next fall.
