Coast Guard Asks Fishermen to Remove Ice Houses

DULUTH-The Coast Guard has issued a warning asking people to remove their icehouses from the Duluth harbor and Lake Superior.

Starting on March fourth the Coast Guard cutter,
Alder will start breaking harbor ice in preparation for shipping season.

They say this will include all navigable waters, in and around the ports of Duluth and Superior, as well as the waters of Silver Bay, Taconite harbor and Two Harbors in Minnesota.
