DULUTH - The mounds of snow are taking a toll on gardening.
All the snow on the ground could actually cause a late gardening season.
Florists tell FOX 21 this winter’s weather is also affecting indoor gardens. When it gets this cold, people crank up heaters, which could dry out plants.
To take better care of your green friend, first find out what it is.
"Once they figure out what kind of plant it is find out how you're supposed to be taking care of it,” Angela’s Bella Flora Owner Angela Stocke said. “If you haven't been doing that and your plant is dying see if you can make modifications to start treating it the right way."
Keeping plants close to a heater may also cause problems.
