DULUTH- Public works says they are working as fast as they can to get people out and moving again.
Every truck was on the road except for one that was just finishing up a repair earlier today.
Northlanders are still digging out tonight after getting blasted again, by more than a foot of snow.
The main roads were cleared quickly.
But locals have expressed frustration at the conditions of the side streets.
City spokesman, Daniel Fanning said, "Duluth is a large geographical city. It's built uphill, and we have some large wind gusts. It's not an easy procedure, but our crews are working as hard as they can."
The bulk of the crews were working hard since 2am, and public works says relief is on the way.
Kelly Fleissner from public works said, "We'll have the main crew come back in at 2 o'clock again and work tomorrow finishing the residential streets and then moving into the alley ways."
Crews worked overtime making sure all emergency routes and main streets were plowed first.
With 500 miles of streets, they say their hope is to be finished clearing snow tomorrow.
