Free Tax Services Offered in Duluth

DULUTH - A local program is offering free tax preparation services.

At Community Action Duluth's free tax site, veteran tax preparers and volunteers are helping individuals and families making up to $51,000 a year with their refunds.

"This is a service that's intended to help families, working families claim all of their credits and refunds and to do so without paying up to several hundred dollars in tax preparations," Community Action Duluth Tax Site Program Coordinator Julai Cheng said.

They are offering walk in and appointment only preparation services at Community Action Duluth, Laura MacArthur Elementary School and the Ordean Building.
