SUPERIOR, Wis. – There's a new winter sculpture going up in Superior that's meant to send an important message. The City of Superior Environmental Services Department asked citizens, students and businesses to fill 365 water balloons or frozen orbs for them to place in Center City Park.Organizers say they are doing it so people stop and think about how much water they're using and what they're doing to it and want people to know everyone makes a difference."We might think oh, it doesn't matter I'm done with this, take it away but really it does matter," said storm water educator Wendy Grethen. Each orb of ice is supposed to represents each day people use water and that the amount of water we have on Earth isn't going to change from what it is today.
