Man Arrested in Shooting of Girlfriend in Sawyer Co.

SAWYER CO. - Authorities Tuesday continued to investigate a shooting in Sawyer County that's left one woman critically injured.
Investigators say Kerry Stevenson, 52, of Louisiana, is being held on charges of felony possession of a firearm and reckless injury with a handgun.
The shooting happened early Saturday morning by Treeland Resort near Round Lake.
The victim is Stevenson's 48-year-old girlfriend from New York.
Bail is set at $1 million cash bond.
