Kettle River Man Builds Giant Snowman

KETTLE RIVER, Minn. – A giant snowman is greeting people on the side of the road as they drive on Highway 73 about one mile south of Kettle River.

Roger Tillman named the snowman Frosty and spent six days creating him using a front loader.

Tillman used to create the giant snowman for six years in a row, but it's been 17 years since he's taken on the task.

He welcomes anyone to come by and snap a picture with Frosty.
