SUPERIOR - More than 40 locals and organizations stood in solidarity at the Center City Park in Superior to voice their support on behalf of Eric Garner, Natasha Lancour and others unfairly targeted across the country.
The group says the vigil/silent protest is to send a message of hope, unity and the need for change."We don't have to agree on everything, but certainly we can all agree that all youth need to be safe,” Twin Ports Save the Kids Orgnaizer Reyna Crow said. “So let's get together and start working around the 80% of the issues we do agree on."
The group hopes to start working on policy changes.
