WASHINGTON, D.C. - Capitol Hill was glowing Tuesday night after the annual lighting of the Christmas tree.House Speaker John Boehner did the honors.The tree comes from Minnesota's Chippewa National Forest and is decorated with ornaments made by children from Minnesota.
