Their customers are coming in looking for crab legs, prawns and their house smoked salmon along with a lot of red meat."Other than turkey, we see a lot of ham and then prime rib is very, very popular,” said Nicole Wrazidlo, an employee at Old World Meats. “Filet Mignon has been a big trend this year as well." The store says a traditional turkey is too time consuming for some people so they're turning to faster and easier options.
