DULUTH - Gas prices continue to fall in Minnesota, and Duluth topped the list Tuesday.According to MinnesotaGasPrice.com, Duluth was holding steady Tuesday night as the lowest in the state for a gallon of unleaded.The Super America on the 5300 block of East Superior Street was at $2.46 for unleaded."It hasn't been this low in about six years, so it's good to see it back down to these levels. But I'm a little surprised to see Duluth as the lowest in the state. But we'll take it, right," asked driver Phil Strom.Saint Paul had the highest price tag in the state Tuesday night for a gallon of unleaded at $3.49.The national average was at $2.82.
