DULUTH- Christmas spirit was all over Superior Street Friday night as Duluth's Annual Christmas City of the North Parade kicked off in Downtown Duluth.The parade featured floats, marching bands and Santa even made a special guest appearance.Festivities will continue Saturday night with the Bentleyville Tour of Lights in Bayfront Park.
