DULUTH - An annual event helped raised money for one of Duluth’s most popular parks.
The Chester Bowl fundraiser kicked off inside the Fitger’s building.
Silent and live auction items along with beer, wine and pizza tastings helped to raise money to support their ski and snowboard programs and summer camp.
"It brings people together, a great chance for some casual conversation talking about our experiences at Chester Bowl, Chester Bowl Improvement Club Executive Director Dave Schaeffer said. “But just life in general and at Chester Bowl we're all about community and this event just helps support that."
The ski and snowboarding program is expected to open at Chester Bowl in December.
