Santa Visits Miller Hill Mall For Slumber Party

DULUTH - Thanks to a whole bunch of Northland kids, Santa Claus was sleeping soundly Friday night at the Miller Hill Mall.But earlier in the evening, it was the "Slumber Party with Santa" event.He arrived by DTA trolley with Mrs. Claus and FOX 21's Dan Hanger.Hanger read the bedtime story to the kids called "Snowmen at Christmas.""We just wanted to make sure the Northland was able to prepare a place for him where he could rest and get to work here at the Miller Hill Mall," said Machelle Kendrick, marketing director at the Miller Hill Mall.The slumber party continues Saturday morning at 8:30 when Northland kids are invited to wake up Santa with bells and then tell him what they want for Christmas.
