Star Wars Characters Come to Superior

SUPERIOR - In past years, it’s been witches, wizards and the Adams Family, but this time around characters from a famous series took over the Superior Public Library.Staff and volunteers turned the building into a Star Wars themed trick-or-treating event. Locals kids got to stuff their bags with candy from Luke Skywalker and the gang. "They get a big kick out of looking at the characters and the art and stuff in the lobby,” Superior Public Library Director Susan Heskin said. “I think they end up wanting to come back to the library." In September, thieves stole $40 from the Superior Public Library Halloween fund. Since then, $2,000 in donations have poured in.
