DULUTH - The horse community in Duluth is frustrated with the city and they made their voices heard at Monday night's city council meeting. They want popular trails back open for horse riding – specifically Magney-Snively trails and Amity and Mission Creek trails. On Monday night, councilors overwhelmingly agreed that the city's trails should be open for all users, but they voted 5-4 to table the issue until the next council meeting.Councilors said they want to do more research on the specific trails in question and how horse traffic can affect them.
