Duluth- Halloween is less than a week away and folks at Pilgrim Church
are learning some tricks of the trade when it comes to pumpkin carving.
In preparation for the Harry Potter Halloween themed party
families carved more than 40 pumpkins to decorate the church.
Folks at the event say it's a good way to get the community
together while doing something festive.
Co-host of the Hogwarts Event, Caro Linn, said “A lot of
people don't know the intricate side of the carving and it's a Halloween
tradition. It's kind of being lost, I
think. So, it's great to have the
opportunity to get whole families in here so it's a good family event and
quality American stuff.”
The Hogwarts Halloween party starts tomorrow night at the Pilgrim
Congregational Church.
