SUPERIOR - Clerks in Wisconsin are throwing out their voter ID training and starting over to prepare for Election Day.This comes after the U.S. Supreme Court blocked the voter ID law from taking effect this year.On Monday, an appeals court ruled the law as constitutional. But late Thursday, the Supreme Court shot it down just a few weeks before voters head to the polls."Our challenge before the election is to switch gears, yet again, and train our election inspectors and get the word out to the voters that there is no voter id requirement at this time," said Terri Kalan, clerk with the City of Superior.A federal appeals court said it will not reconsider re-instating the law.
