Stuff the Truck Takes in Large Amount of Donations

DULUTH- While folks were out at the Bridge Festival they had an opportunity to help their neighbors.KUMD set up their annual "Stuff the Truck" fundraiser to collect clothing and items for the those that are struggling.

Emma Deaner of KUMD said, "today we have just been getting so much donations. We are getting tents, sleeping bags, which are really helpful for our fellow Duluthians as well as a host of other sweaters, and jackets and mittens and other goods."

Everything taken in goes to the Damiano center.

Donations are always needed and organizers say winter items are in high demand.
