Tavern on the Hill Opens for Business

DULUTH - After months of planning and construction, a new restaurant has finally opened its doors in the Woodland neighborhood.
Tavern on the Hill started serving customers at its smoothie station at 9 a.m. Monday, and once the kitchen opened at 11 a.m., general manager Travis Thoreson said business was non-stop.
The restaurant offers more than 80 menu items including sushi, steak, seafood, paninis and pizza.
"So much time and effort went into planning this place, that it's just a really good feeling to finally have everything come to fruition and have people come through the door to get a chance to experience all the hard work that we've put in to this beautiful place," said Thoreson.
You can find the restaurant in the BlueStone development off of Woodland Avenue.
