Duluth PD Asks for Public's Help Finding Potential Witness in Bank Robbery

Duluth Police are asking for the public's help finding a potential witness in a robbery that happened at US Bank on 2000 West Superior Street Tuesday, December 31st, at 10:28am.

Investigators from the police department are continuing to follow leads in the case and have obtained images on a surveillance camera of the potential witness.

However, they need the public's help finding her. 

If anyone has information or knows her whereabuts they are asked to call 911.

Initial investigation revealed that the suspect entered the bank and demanded money.

The suspect had a white shopping bag that he said contained a gun, but a gun was not displayed.

The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash and was last seen on foot westbound on Superior Street.

The suspect is described as follows:

-Black male
-Approximately 5'10
-Facial hair
-Wearing a dark coat and baseball cap

The Duluth Police Department is following several leads, this is an active investigation and no further information is available at this time.
