Applebee's restaurants in Minnesota are temporarily taking some items and ingredients off its menu.
This comes after the chain got notice from the Minnesota Department of Health that seven people got sick after eating at different restaurants including in Duluth.
In response, Applebee's is temporarily removing the oriental chicken salad and ingredients like green cabbage and shredded carrots from it menu.
The health department has confirmed there are no indications of risk at restaurants outside Minnesota.
