Man Arrested After Bank Robbery In Barnum

BARNUM - On July 10, 2014 at approximately 3:35 p.m., the Northview Bank in Barnum, Minn., reported that a black male walked into the bank, brandished a handgun, and demanded money from a teller.
The Carlton County Sheriff's Office responded, along with Moose Lake Police Department, Cloquet Police Department, Fond du Lac Police Department, Minnesota State Patrol, Minnesota DNR, FBI and Pine County Sheriff's Office.
A 22-year-old male has been arrested in connection with the Robbery and is being held at the Carlton County Jail pending formal charges.
