DULUTH - 'Over the Edge' is back in town, and Duluthians are living on the edge to help raise money for small business owners in Downtown Duluth.Twenty people will go over the edge on Thursday after raising more than $15,000.Plus, it makes for great entertainment for people at Sidewalk Days on the ground below.President of the Greater Downtown Council Kristi Stokes said, "For us to be able to have an event like this within an event. So Sidewalk Days is going on, the car show is going on, Over the Edge is going on. It just generates more excitement in the downtown, and more people."Last year's event raised about $12,000.FOX 21's Dan Hanger rappelled nine stories high off of the Sellwood Building Wednesday to help raise awareness for all the fun tomorrow.
