4th Annual Kay Marie Sisto Walk Helps Son Heal

DULUTH- On May 26 of 2010, Kay Marie Sisto was murdered by her ex-husband.
Saturday, her son will lead the fourth annual walk and 5k to honor the memory of his mother and to help other victims of domestic violence find healing and support.
Sisto's son, Jordan Peterson said, "there are people who come to this race, who have gone through very similar situations and this race actually helps them, because then they're able to tell their stories and express their emotions they've been burdened with for so long."
Peterson said to pay attention to the warning signs and don't downplay red flags.
He also said the walk is a great place for people to connect with others going through similar experiences and a good way to learn about resources available to them.
