Snowpocalype Campaign Helps Businesses In Superior
By:

SUPERIOR- This has been a winter for the record books and poking fun at it may be the only way to get over it.
That’s exactly what Superior Mayor Bruce Hagen and the Chamber of Commerce president are doing.
Their campaign is called "Snowpocalypse."
They said goodbye to winter with a snow dump on U–W Superior's campus.
It's an effort to help support businesses which took a hit this winter and thank those who worked through it all.
"I just wanted to thank everyone for the hard work that they have done, and the service they have delivered to the people of this community when they couldn't get around otherwise if it wasn't for public works and the dedication that's taken place," said Superior Mayor Bruce Hagen.
You can buy a t-shirt to support the Salvation Army, the shirt reads "I survived the Snowpocalypse".
The shirts go on sale Monday at Screen Graphics in Superior.
