8th Annual Bike Swap To Begin

DULUTH- What better way to get excited about spring than with bikes?
If you're looking to get rid of one or pick up something new, head to the 8th annual bike swap this weekend.
They'll even have some new features this year.
Continental Ski and Bike coordinator, Kraig Decker said, "well it's new this year, we're shutting down 1st street. In between 14th and 13th avenue east, and we're bringing in vendors and food and drink and a cycle track and it's turning into a much larger event than it's ever been.
Volunteers expect to swap nearly four hundred bikes and will be offering deeep discounts throughout the weekend.
Twenty-five percent of the proceeds of swapped bikes and all proceeds from donated bikes will go to the united way.
The sale starts tomorrow morning at 10.
